SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) -- Fire crews in San Francisco are responding to a large three-alarm house fire in the Marina District Wednesday morning. Multiple injuries were reported just before 5 a.m., according to the San Francisco Fire Department.
Firefighters are continuing to battle the blaze from the interior of the home in the 2500 block of Chestnut Street, fire officials said at 4:57 a.m.

Authorities are advising the public to avoid the area of Chestnut Street between Baker and Broderick streets due to the fire activity.
