BRECKSVILLE, Ohio

Burglary, Hunting Valley Lane: On Sept. 13, police were dispatched to a Hunting Valley Lane residence regarding a burglar alarm.

Dispatch told the arriving officer there was movement in the master bedroom after entry through the garage door.

That’s also when another officer reported the homeowner said someone had been “cutting the wire” for the alarm system and they may still be at the house.

The officer talked to the homeowner, who said alarm panels in the master bedroom and laundry room had been removed from the drywall.

Also, the rear sliding door was slightly ajar.

Missing were a wristwatch, wedding ring and winter parka.

A neighbor’s surveillance camera reported a suspicious silver Dodge Caravan driven by a man with long hair and a beard.
