RCMP in Rocky Harbour have issued an arrest warrant for a man wanted on six counts of failing to comply with the conditions of a release order.

Police are asking anyone with information on the whereabouts of 45-year-old Shannon Payne of Rocky Harbour to contact them at 709-458-2222, or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
