A teen has tragically been killed and another two injured after a horrific knife attack. ‌

A suspect wielding a blade is said to have plunged a knife into a victim at Grattan Wood in Dublin's Donaghmede area this afternoon, Wednesday, October 15, leaving one teen dead and another with serious injuries. ‌

A large group, both male and female, are said to have gathered at the incident, reports the Mirror. ‌

A number of the people ran away when the stabbing started, the Irish Times reports. The injured parties were rushed to a nearby hospital.

Cops have arrested the suspect and a murder investigation has now been launched. According to Dublin Live, the parties involved in the attack were "teenage juveniles" with foreign citizenship.
