The Bangladeshis had attacked two Indian villagers leaving them injured

Three unidentified Bangladeshi nationals, suspected to be cattle lifters, were killed in an angry mob attack at Bidyabil, a border village under Champahowar police station in Tripura’s Khowai district, on Wednesday. Two Indian villagers were also injured during the violent confrontation.

According to reports, the incident began when two local residents from Bidyabil went to work in a nearby rubber garden close to the India-Bangladesh border. The duo spotted three Bangladeshi men moving towards the border with cattle in the area, and upon being challenged, the suspected cattle lifters allegedly attacked them with daos (sharp-edged weapons), leaving both injured.
