ATLANTA — A suspect has been identified and is facing 13 charges, jail records show, after fleeing a Clayton County deputy Tuesday night and flipping over in a crash in Buckhead .

Brandon Bell is in jail in Clayton County following the incident. His charges include reckless driving, obstructing an officer, too fast for conditions, reckless conduct, fleeing from police and eight others.

Clayton County Sheriff Levon Allen said it began when they received information from Henry County authorities to be on the lookout for a suspect heading towards Clayton County after a person was shot in Henry County. That led to the pursuit when a deputy spotted someone believed to be connected to the case near Charles W. Grant Parkway.
