HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) - Neighborgall Construction was awarded a winning bid for construction of the Marshall University Institute for Cyber Security (ICS), a $45 million facility that will focus on training the next generation of cyber professionals.
The university announced that construction is set to begin immediately.
Marshall said the structure will position the university as a national leader in cyber security education, research, and training.
