CABELL COUNTY, W.Va. (WSAZ) - Temporary nighttime ramp and lane closures will begin along I-64 in Barboursville at 29th Street starting today, according to traffic officials.
Traffic officials said the ramp closures are for construction crews to remove temporary concrete barrier walls from the 29th Street Westbound exit and entrance ramp.
The 29th Street Westbound off-ramp (Exit 15) and the 29th Street Westbound on-ramp will be closed starting tonight at 7 p.m. until tomorrow, October 16, at 6 a.m.
Meanwhile, nighttime lane closures are to install traffic control devices between the lanes as part of the I-64 Widening Project, traffic officials said.
The eastbound and westbound lanes will be reduced to one lane between mile marker 15 to mile marker 17.5.
The work will begin at 7 p.m. t
