Bronny James and Natalia Bryant fake dating rumors sparks confusion online

Los Angeles Lakers fans were recently tricked into thinking the kids of two NBA superstars were dating.

Fans were duped into thinking LeBron James' oldest son, Bronny James, 21, was in a relationship with Kobe Bryant's oldest daughter, Natalia Bryant, 22, after a fake news story was posted on several social media platforms last week.

"BREAKING: Bronny James confirmed his relationship with Natalia Bryant, the daughter of the late Kobe Bryant 💜," the caption of a post shared to Threads on Sat. Oct. 11 read.

The post even included a fake quote from Bronny that said, "Natalia and I have a relationship," alongside a side-by-side image of the two.
