UTICA, NY (WUTR/WFXV/WPNY) -- Three Utica men and one Rome man were arrested on Tuesday night during a vehicle stop on Wager Street, according to Utica Police.
Officers with the Crime Prevention and GIVE Units were conducting proactive patrols of hot spots for weapons activity at approximately 9:45 pm on Tuesday, October 14. During their patrol, they conducted a vehicle stop on the 1000 block of Wager Street in West Utica.
Upon their approach to the vehicle, they noticed that the vehicle was occupied by four people, later identified as the following: • 21-year-old Neveah Baez of Rome, • 19-year-old Jesen Blackshear of Utica, • 18-year-old Michael Reed of Utica, and • 26-year-old Marcus Reed of Utica. • Neveah Baez (Photo provided by the Utica Police Department) • Michael Reed
