LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Police arrested a rapper on Sunday for allegedly dancing on a concrete barrier on a busy Kentucky interstate.

Enoch Tolbert, 31, is facing a disorderly conduct charge and a stop/stand/park on limited access highway charge.

London Police were called to Interstate 75 Sunday afternoon on a "suspicious person complaint," according to the arrest citation. The caller said people were standing and running around on the interstate.

When police arrived they saw Tolbert, professionally known as Armani White, run across the southbound lanes then jump up on the middle concrete barrier wall and begin to dance, according to the citation.

The citation showed Tolbert told police they had pulled over on I-75 to shoot a video.

White is known for his viral TikTok hit, "Billie Eilish."
