A Woodstock man is facing multiple charges after police stopped a stolen vehicle earlier this month.

On Oct. 4, officers spotted a vehicle reported stolen in the Norwich Avenue area and conducted a traffic stop. The driver was arrested at the scene.

Police alleged the man was impaired and in possession of a controlled substance.

A 26-year-old Woodstock man was charged with possession of property obtained by crime with a value more than $5,000, possession of an opioid, and impaired operation by alcohol and drugs.

He was released on an undertaking with conditions.
