Right-wing provocateur Candace Owens is banned from entering Australia and has been ordered to pay court costs for challenging that ruling.
“Inciting discord might be the way some people make money, but it’s not welcome in Australia. Australia’s national interest is best served when Candace Owens is somewhere else,” Australian Home Affairs Minister Tony Burke said after the nation’s High Court ruled to uphold his decision to block Owens from entering the country for a November 2024 speaking engagement.
