Luke Littler has booked his place at the Players Championship Finals thanks to a stunning performance in Wigan on Wednesday.

'The Nuke' thrashed Dennie Olde Kalter 8-2 in the final with a 110.73 average.

Littler also produced ten 180s and three ton-plus checkouts to dispatch his Dutch opponent.

It is the fourth Players Championship title of his career and his first of 2025, securing his spot in the draw at Minehead next month in the process.

However, the most impressive performance of his triumph came in the semi-finals against Stephen Bunting.

Littler wrapped up a 7-4 victory with an unconventional 97 checkout.

The 18-year-old started by hitting the outer bull for 25 before finishing with back-to-back double-18s to clinch victory.
