Illinois College Esports teams achieved decisive victories in their latest matches, continuing their strong performance in the NECC Super Smash Bros. Ultimate and MVEC Valorant competitions.

On Tuesday, the Illinois College Super Smash Bros. team secured a 2–0 series win against Illinois State University. The team won Game 1 with a 3–0 score and followed up with a 6–0 result in Game 2. With Illinois State fielding its third team, Illinois College used the opportunity to give freshmen players match experience. Adam Byrd was a key contributor in Game 2, securing seven stocks.
