CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has issued a Silver Alert on behalf of the Clarksville Police Department for a missing man.

According to an X post from the TBI, Ricky Baker was last seen wearing a red shirt with the words "Proud Dad" with a pair of green shorts.
