MOSES LAKE, Wash. — A Moses Lake man was arrested after allegedly pulling a gun on his landlord following an eviction notice, according to the Grant County Sheriff’s Office.

Deputies said Howard Bailey, 69, rented a storage unit-based workshop at 1096 Road L.4-Southeast in unincorporated Moses Lake. Around 11:30 a.m., Bailey allegedly pulled a handgun and threatened to shoot his landlord, who was attempting to evict him.

Deputies recovered the handgun and later learned it had been reported as possibly stolen.

Bailey was booked into the Grant County Jail for investigation of first-degree assault and felony harassment — threats to kill.
