The Fayetteville Observer/USA TODAY Network broke down the best players, underrated players, top coaches, arenas and NCAA Tournament expansion.

The stars get most of the shine in the ACC and throughout college basketball , but underrated players are the difference in teams that go from making the NCAA Tournament to cutting down the nets at the Final Four.
