NEW YORK (PIX11) – You can now truly have it all in Manhattan – a Sonic Drive-In opened in East Harlem on Wednesday.
Founded in 1953, it is the largest drive-in restaurant brand in the United States.
From foot-long coneys to cherry limeade with tater tots, Sonic Drive-In is popular among Americans who want to grab quick fast food without leaving their cars, and watch as a SONIC employee rollerskates their order right out to the car window.
Now, Manhattan residents and tourists can also enjoy the Sonic Drive-In location at its new site in East Harlem, located at 1914 Third Avenue.
The fast food eatery will be open daily from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
