JAMMU: The Special Judge for NIA J&K Sandeep Gandotra has dismissed the interim bail plea of former DySP Devinder Singh, who is facing trial in a high-profile terror conspiracy case.
Singh had sought a one-month interim bail to accompany his son for MBBS counselling and to arrange finances by selling ancestral property, besides visiting his ailing father. However, the court found no merit in his plea, observing that he had failed to produce any documents proving his son’s NEET-UG and CUET-UT qualifications, counselling details, or his father’s medical records.
