The pumpkin Le Creuset dish of my dreams is finally on sale, and honestly, I’m losing it.

As a self-confessed autumn fanatic, I know we’re only just stepping into spring here in the southern hemisphere (thankfully so), but that hasn’t stopped my mind from drifting across the globe.

My Instagram and Pinterest feeds are full of pumpkin patche s, golden leaves and steaming bowls of soup, and I’m ready to join the harvest craze, even if it’s 25 degrees outside.

Autumn is very much alive in my head, and I’m living the fantasy, picturing the Cast Iron Pumpkin Shallow Casserole sitting proudly on my stove.
