FOREST GROVE Ore. (KPTV) - A man is in the hospital after being shot in Forest Grove on Wednesday morning, according to police.

Just after 7:30 a.m., officers with the Forest Grove Police Department were sent to a home near 19th Avenue and Elm Street after a man called 911 to say he had been shot.

Officers found the victim suffering from a gunshot wound and he was rushed to the hospital in critical condition.

According to police, everyone “involved” in the shooting is “accounted for,” and they are cooperating with investigators. There is no danger to the community, police said.

Police did not say if they had detained anyone or if any suspects were facing charges at this time.

Forest Grove police will not be releasing any more information at this time, they said.
