Batavia artist has his first exhibit at GO ART!

BATAVIA — It’s the first time Daniel Townsend walked into GO ART! to see his artwork on the walls of a first-floor gallery.

“I’ve been interested in art since a young age, probably around 7 years old,” he said Tuesday at the exhibit opening. “I used to watch cartoons when I was younger and I always thought it would be really cool to do something like that.”
