FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) - NIPSCO customers should expect to see an increase in their winter heating bills this season compared to past years, the energy company says.
The heads up comes from current market projections and assuming normal winter weather. NIPSCO says the bills for natural gas residential customers are expected to increase by about 16% from last winter.
The average customer can anticipate paying about $665 from November to March, compared to about $575 last year.
