CARSON CITY, Nev. (KOLO) - The bomb squad unit of the Carson City Sheriff’s Department was deployed to an apartment on North Carson Street after 3 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 15, according to Sheriff Ken Furlong.

The response was in connection with an arrest that was made the previous weekend.

Information garnered led officials to believe fireworks are on site, Furlong said.

The investigation is ongoing.
