A Tennessee Silver Alert has been issued for 65-year-old Ricky Baker, who is missing from Clarksville, TBI says.

Baker is 5’8”, 185 pounds, with brown eyes, and bald. He was last seen in a red 'Proud Dad' shirt and green shorts. Immediate identification is critical.

Officials say Baker has a medical condition that may impair his ability to return safely without help.
