Chandigarh: Amid the uproar after the suicide of Haryana IPS officer Y. Puran Kumar, another major revelation has emerged in the case. The police have recovered an alleged suicide note and a video clip from ASI Sandeep Kumar Lathar’s smartphone, who died by suicide on Tuesday. In the six-minute, 28-second clip, ASI Kumar described Bijarniya as an honest and impartial officer. His suicide note stated that IPS Y. Puran Kumar was a corrupt man involved in corruption. This has emerged as substantial evidence against him.
