BRYAN, Texas (KBTX) - The Bryan City Council is actively pursuing initiatives to transform its “Innovation Corridor” into a hub for high-tech development, taking steps to facilitate future projects at the RELLIS campus.
On Tuesday, council approved the establishment of RELLIS Reinvestment Zone No. 3, a crucial 12.88-acre parcel located directly within the RELLIS campus. This builds on last month’s annexation of over 160 acres near the RELLIS campus.
