Maya Baranidharan won the clinching match at No. 2 singles 7-5, 6-2 over Sophie Palatnick to give the Bombers a 5-4 victory at St. Joseph's. The Bombers will host Lafayette, which defeated Marquette 5-0 Wednesday in the Class 3 District 3 title match, on Monday in the Class 3 quarterfinals.
