KINGSTON — Recreational enhancements to three West Side parks that could take 20 years to fully implement will cost an estimated $19.5 million, project officials said Wednesday during the final public meeting for the Master Site Development Plan.
Held at the Friedman JCC in Kingston, the meeting was hosted by representatives from Simone Collins of Norristown, Gibson-Thomas Engineering, Camp Hill, and Princeton Hydro of Trenton, N.J., along with Project Coordinator Jim Brozena.
