Tulsa County prosecutors have dropped the rape charge against a man accused of attacking a woman at Hunter Park in August.

Prosecutors said Brent Reamy had a confirmed alibi that, along with other information, making it unlikely he committed the crime. Reamy also passed a polygraph test Wednesday.

"We subsequently did a phone analysis regarding phone data, location data on that person, in cross reference to the 911 call placed along with the defendants cell phone as well and we subsequently came to the decision that the defendant in this case could not have committed this crime," said Assistant District Attorney Lauren Crudup.

Prosecutors say the decision to drop the charge was a joint decision between them, the Tulsa Police detectives and the victim.
