HAMDEN, Conn. (WTNH) -- Eight people were detained by Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents at a car wash in Hamden on the same day that the town's four mayoral candidates were set to gather for a debate.
The candidates were not asked about the ICE raid at Wednesday night's debate, which took place at the Miller Memorial Central Library on Dixwell Avenue, but News 8 spoke to each one about their views on ICE intervention in town.
