Zayn Malik has thanked his Eyes Closed duet partner Jisoo for making him the "coolest dad".

The former One Direction star and the Blackpink star recently teamed up on the ballad, and Malik has gushed that he “loved every part” of working on the song with Jisoo.

He added that his "cool collaborator" earned him some major dad points from his five-year-old daughter Khai, whom he has with his model ex, Gigi Hadid.

He captioned a series of promo shots from the track on Instagram: "@sooyaaa__ Jisoo.. you’re an absolute legend, loved every part of this collaboration, thank you for making me the coolest dad around."

Jisoo commented: "You already are."
