Tulsa County prosecutors dropped the rape by instrumentation charge against a man accused of attacking a woman in Hunter Park in August.

That means the person who did it is still on the loose.

Some women say they're afraid to come to Hunter Park now that they've learned a sexual predator is still free, and they won't be coming to the park without protection.

Unsettled in public parks

Katelyn Ramey brings her dogs to Hunter Park almost every day.

"It's a lot of the same people, and so I've known people, my dogs have all their little friends that they know, it is a really good park taken care of by the city," said Ramey.

She was shocked after hearing a woman was randomly attacked on Aug. 21 at the park she always thought of as safe.
