The Delhi High Court has protected actor Hrithik Roshan's personality rights, stating that his name, image, or identity cannot be used commercially without his permission. However, the court has currently refused to remove fan pages created to praise the actor.

Senior advocate Sandeep Sethi, appearing on Hrithik Roshan's behalf , stated that certain apps and merchandise brands are using his images and identity without permission.

He explained that the actor has no connection to the clothing brand Ribbon Balloons.

The court stated that the matter will be heard in detail later, but until then, Roshan's personality rights should not be violated .
