A man charged in connection with the death of a Southwestern Oklahoma State University student claims the 18-year-old freshman died following an accident, according to a federal search warrant released Wednesday.
Logan Musil, an 18-year-old freshman, had just started his first semester at SWOSU. His mother, Erin Musil, grew concerned after she was unable to reach him and reported him missing, sparking an investigation.

According to a federal search warrant, investigators began questioning Cameron Lewis after Logan Musil's gaming chair and keyboard were found inside Lewis' dorm. Lewis initially told authorities that the two met on campus and traveled to his home in Purcell on Sept. 12 before he droppe
