DAWSON SPRINGS, Ky. (WFIE) - Dawson Springs Independent School District officials say a volunteer basketball coach accused of making threats towards students has been let go.
As we’ve previously reported , 29-year-old Judd Tyson was arrested on two counts of terroristic threatening.
His complaint warrant shows he told students he should “curb stomp” them.
The warrant also states he said he didn’t care if it broke their necks.
According to a statement from the school district, Tyson was released from his position.
The statement says officials do not anticipate making another comment on this incident.
According to court records, a diversion in Tyson’s case has been scheduled for next September.
