NB Housing Partners , a nonprofit organization that works to create affordable housing opportunities for individuals in New Braunfels, is looking to open a transitional housing community for adults preparing to pay market-rate rent in the city.

About the project

The development—named Pathways Village—would be located off Churchill Drive and Loop 337 in New Braunfels. Pathways Village is designed to provide short-term housing, but NB Housing Partners is also planning to offer long-term housing on the property for individuals making 80% or less of the average median income, said Kellie Stallings, executive director of NB Housing Partners.
