A trouble plagued 'Bob Shop' has been been ordered to shut.
The owners of the Khyber Shop 20 on Bradford Road, Castle Bromwich, were served with a closure notice under the Antisocial Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act by Solihull Council .
The 24/7 shop was accused of persistent planning offences by MP Liam Byrne including leaving huge pallets of water bottles stacked on the pavement along with a canopy and flashing lights which were disturbing residents.
