Mohali, October 16, 2025: The two-day DPS Football Tournament Boys (Open) 2025, Zone 1 concluded with great enthusiasm and sportsmanship at Delhi Public School, Mohali. Sixteen competitive teams comprising of 247 students from various DPS schools from the Northern region participated in the league-cum-knockout tournament.

The Valedictory Ceremony commenced with the auspicious lighting of the ceremonial lamp by the Chief Guest, Dr. S. P. Anandh Kumar, IFS, Special Secretary, Government of Punjab, along with other distinguished guests. The event was further enlivened by a vibrant cultural programme, featuring a melodious school choir presenting a medley of sports songs and football anthems, followed by an energetic Bhangra performance reflecting the rich cultural spirit of Punjab.
