The Town of Bentley is holding advanced voting today (October 16) giving residents an early opportunity to cast their ballots ahead of the municipal election.

Advance voting runs from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Bentley Municipal Office in the Seniors Drop-in Centre (4918 50th Avenue)

The same location will serve as the voting station for election day on Monday, October 20.

Residents will be voting for members of the Town Council, which includes one Mayor and four Councillors.

Voters should note that a post office box number on a government-issued photo ID is acceptable to validate their residence.

Eligible Bentley residents are encouraged to take advantage of the advance voting opportunity to ensure their voices are heard in the upcoming municipal election.
