The Los Angeles Lakers faced the Dallas Mavericks in their recent preseason game, and the night did not go in their favor. The Mavericks kicked them off with a 121-94 win and dropped them to 1-4 while improving to 3-1. Without several key players, the Lakers struggled early in the game, while it’s Luka Doncic and the bench was seen betting on Anthony Davis’ free throws.

Doncic did not play in the game, but his presence on the bench with teammates gained a lot of attention. While Davis led the Dallas with 18 points, nine rebounds, and two assists. He showed promise in the preseason after returning from an injury and averaged 15.5 points per game so far.

A video went viral where Doncic was having a playful moment with his teammates. He was reportedly betting with Davis on every free throw.
