A Long Island elementary school teacher under investigation for allegedly sexting someone he thought was a 13-year-old girl was caught on video admitting he had a “mega” stash of child porn — and then bizarrely tried to blame his wife.

Wading River Elementary School’s music teacher Mark Verity, 37, was suspended from his job Wednesday night after he was tied up in a sting operation by a group called Predator Poachers Long Island, which looks to catch would-be pervs in the act.

“We hope all the evidence as well as our recorded interview can get Verity locked up,” Mike Villani, one of the predator catchers who led the poach, told The Post. 5
