The 17-year-old driver accused of fatally mowing down two girls in New Jersey has yet to be charged as an adult — but a lawyer for one of the victim’s family said it was “very reasonable” to upgrade the case.

Attorney Brent Bramnick, who is representing victim Maria Niotis’ loved ones, said Union County prosecutors have 60 days to determine if they want to move Vincent Battiloro’s case from juvenile to adult court as Maria’s distraught mother demanded justice for her and pal Isabella Salas. 4
