Diane Von Furstenberg is speaking out for the first time after husband Barry Diller ‘s coming out.

Earlier this year, the 83-year-old billionaire businessman – who has been married to the 78-year-old fashion designer since 2001 – publicly came out as gay in an essay where he talked about dating men before his romance with Diane .

In a new interview, Diane was asked about Barry ‘s sexuality.

While speaking to Variety , Diane emphasized that her dynamic with Barry hasn’t changed after his coming out.

“What’s the difference?” Diane said. “I don’t understand. But it doesn’t change anything. I’m sorry—it’s a stupid question.”
