WASHINGTON —

Kentucky Sen. Mitch McConnell is all good after he fell to the ground Thursday as he was walking in a Senate office building on Capitol Hill.

McConnell was reportedly on his way to the Capitol for votes when he tripped and fell. Advertisement

It was caught on camera in a video posted to X. The video appears to show McConnell trip on his own footing and fall as he was being questioned about ICE policies.

A statement from McConnell's office said the senator is "all good" and went on to vote on the government shutdown and is ready to vote again this afternoon.

Earlier this year, on the Republican Senator's 83rd birthday, he addressed the Senate floor on his plans to retire when his current term ends in 2027.
