With just weeks to go for the highly-anticipated Bihar Assembly elections, poll-strategist-tuned politician Prashant Kishor shed light on his Jan Suraaj Party’s chances , the possible future of the state after the results, depending on the kind of government that is formed, his style of politics and his party’s vision for the state. Kishor said that if the people have the "leap of faith" in his vision, the JSP may win more than 150 seats, and if the voters do not believe him, it may not even win 10.
Kishor, who was the chief poll strategist for the BJP during Narendra Modi’s 2014 Lok Sabha poll campaign, announced on Wednesday that he would not contest the upcoming Bihar Assembly elections, describing the decision as being for the “greater good.”
