(The Hill) – President Trump on Wednesday detailed plans for an arch to be built near the Lincoln Memorial at the entrance to Washington, D.C., the latest instance of Trump's efforts to give the capital a makeover.
Trump spoke about the plans during a dinner for donors contributing to cover the cost of a planned White House ballroom.
