GOODING, Idaho (KMVT/KSVT) — Associates in Family Practice in Gooding saw its last patients Thursday, marking the end of medical services at the facility.

The medical practice will keep its doors open through October 31 for patients who need to physically request their medical records. After that date, all record requests must be made electronically.

The practice has not disclosed the reasons behind the closure.
