Srinagar, Oct 16: Rakesh Handoo, Spokesperson and Incharge of the Migrant Cell (JDU), met Relief Commissioner Arvind Kirwani at JK House, Prithvi Raj Road, New Delhi, as part of the ongoing outreach programme for the Ayushman Bharat Card facilitation of Kashmiri Pandits.

During the meeting, Handoo highlighted the need to expand the programme to more cities where members of the Kashmiri Pandit community reside. He said the aim should be to ensure that every eligible beneficiary is covered. He also requested that more hospitals across India be empanelled under the Ayushman Bharat Scheme and that additional diseases be included to provide better healthcare support to the community.
